It's cold out there this morning. +4c, everything is covered in white morning dew. The sun is getting up later and later, and setting earlier and earlier.
I love this temperature. Having a long driveway, it's always a nice, quiet walk to take my daughter to the bus. The cool air wakes you right up! Bring along the four dogs, sometimes a cat that just won't stay home, and it gets pretty noisy quickly!
I keep checking one of our maple trees that is the first to have it leaves turn orange. So far, still green, but sure won't be long 'till it turns.
Had to get our sweaters out this morning. Soon it will be jackets, hats and mitts. But it's still officially summer, so let's enjoy it for as long as we can.
I just started collecting veggies from my garden, no time for ground frost now!
